Unit Construction

The purpose of these rules is to ensure that all Construction at Blue Mesa Lodge is performed in a safe manner, that all workers are properly insured and to reduce the impact of Construction on the Common Elements and on the Owners, Tenants and Guests. 

Owners must submit a Construction Application Agreement at least 10 days prior to beginning work.
